Secure your spot and begin your personalized booking process. This deposit is applied toward your total eligible balance and may help secure current promotional pricing or availability when applicable.

Deposit values reflect the usable credit applied toward your balance. Listed prices may include service-related processing, administrative, or payment-related adjustments.

Example: A $100 deposit option may be listed at $103, with the full $100 applied as your usable deposit value.

BB Wellness accepts Klarna, Affirm, Paypal, Apple Pay,and all major credit cards for client convenience.

Please review the following terms carefully prior to selecting a payment method:

Processing Fees  
• All payments made through Klarna, Affirm, any third party payment system, or credit card are subject to a processing fee  
• Fees vary by platform and will be disclosed prior to completing your transaction  
• Processing fees are non-refundable and do not apply toward your procedure balance  

Refund Policy (Third-Party Payments)  
• Any approved refund processed through Klarna, Affirm, any third party payment system, or credit card will be subject to a 15% refund fee based on the total transaction amount  
• This fee covers non-recoverable processing costs and administrative handling  
• Original processing fees remain non-refundable  
• Approved refunds, if any, are issued only in accordance with Bella Bodiez policies and applicable payment provider rules  

Payment Clearance Requirement  
• All electronic or third-party payments must be submitted no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to your scheduled procedure date  
• Funds are not considered received until successfully processed and cleared through the applicable payment institution  
• Failure to meet this requirement may result in scheduling delays, postponed services, or rescheduling  
• BB Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by fraud reviews, banking holds, processor interruptions, transfer failures, declines, or other third-party payment issues  

Important Notice  
• By selecting a third-party payment option, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined above  
• BB Wellness is not responsible for any additional terms, interest rates, financing decisions, approvals, denials, repayment terms, or agreements set by Klarna, Affirm, Paypal, Apple Pay, your bank, or your credit card provider  
• All standard deposit, scheduling, pricing, and promotional policies remain in effect
